Broadcasters Center
Each broadcaster is required to provide the Commission with a Consumer Referral Contact Number that will serve to receive both local viewer calls and referrals from the FCC’s National Call Center.
Some broadcasters have also provided us with information about walk-in centers that they are operating to serve their local communities. This information is available in the file ‘All DTV Resources Data,’ which you can download from the ‘Downloads’ box located in the top-right corner of this page (Please note that, in this file, you may see multiple instances listed of the same walk-in center – this is to account for the different dates and hours of operation available for that walk-in center). This file will be updated on a daily basis.
Also available for download from the ‘Downloads’ box are the master lists of both the full-power and low-power stations.
We encourage broadcasters to provide detailed information about all of the opportunities for face-to-face DTV education of which they are aware. The Commission has established the following link for the voluntary reporting of such information:
The Commission's Public Notice, DA 09-807, released April 10, 2009, provides additional information for broadcasters about walk-in centers and other DTV outreach activities.
